# Private sale

We raised 200k through a private sale.

With this investment we will be investing in all UnityPrivate deals alongside you, our members and with the returns on those investments, 55% will be distributed to YOU via UnityRewards

## Terms:

360-day lock - after which 100% of the tokens are released.

### Use of funds

$137,000 - allocated into top tier 1 projects to support the growth of UnityPrivate\
$25,000 - Liquidity for token move to base\
$33,000 - Marketing, Legal & Dapp development\
$5,000 - Reserves for buybacks
